Robert Pasick Ph.D. is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
Since earning his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Public Practice from Harvard University in 1975, Rob has provided leadership development services through teaching, coaching, speaking and writing. He is the president and founder of Leaders Connect and CEO Connect, which are leadership development and networking programs for executives and entrepreneurs. Included in his past clients are: Ford, Chrysler, Pfizer, Thomson-Reuters, Terumo, Grupo-Antolin, and the University of Michigan.

He also is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Ross School of Business and at the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan.  He has made many public appearances on radio and TV.  In addition to “Oprah,” he has been featured on NBC’s “Today Show,” NPR and CNN.  He often can be heard on radio in Detroit and Ann Arbor.

Rob’s clients range from Fortune 500 executives from all over the world, to men and women starting their first businesses or stepping into their first professional careers.  Three of his clients won entrepreneur of the year awards in Michigan. His areas of specialty include healthcare, automotive, life science, medical device, higher education, and financial services companies.

As an author, Dr. Pasick has written and published six books including his latest book, Self-Aware:  A Guide for Success and Life.

At the Ross School of Business, Rob is a professor who teaches an undergraduate course; Managing Professional Relationships. He is a Faculty Affiliate at the William David Institute where he has consulted to the Government of Rwanda. He has coached dozens of teams in global action-learning programs for first-year students in the MBA program. He also co-authored a case study on Reuters’ response to the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
