Ami has extensive experience establishing and investing in global technology companies, such as Xosoft (M&A by NASDAQ:CA); Shellcase (M&A by NASDAQ:TSRA); and GalyOr (M&A by Memscap). He has been a hands-on investor in six IPOs, including JinkoSolar (NYSE:JKS), which achieved a market cap of over $1.5B (USD); WLCSP-Wafer Level Chip Scale Packaging (SSE:603005), which achieved a market cap of over $2B (USD); CMT Medical (CMT.LN); 3NOD (KOSDAQ:3NOD); Voltaire (NASDAQ:VOLT); and Scopus (NASDAQ:SCOP). Prior to co-founding Karamba, he was the VP of Strategy at Rafael, the Israeli Ministry of Defense’s leading research and development center. Ami has a B.Sc.EE from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (NYU) and an MBA from Long Island University.
